Our Manufacturing Process

Here at Atlantic, taking care of people and their environments is regarded very seriously. At every stage of our manufacturing process, being socially aware and protecting the environment is critical.

The Ecotech manufacturing process used to finish our Forme Italian products, is an innovative method using nanotechnology. It is a coating that takes place in a vacuum environment. This process is characterised by a dry, cold and without chemical finishing process. This pollution free manufacturing technology produces negligible waste, and minimal energy is used to produce a finish that is strong, durable and environmentally friendly.

In contrast, electroplating or galvanization involves toxic chemicals. These procedures are harmful to the environment and potentially harmful to personnel. The production costs and health inspections required, the huge use of water and electricity to maintain a standard production plant are almost 10 times that of Ecotech.
