Atlantic UK Returns Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior written agreement. Unauthorised returns will be refused and those agreed may, at the discretion of Atlantic UK, be subject to a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the value of the order. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, otherwise, a refund will not be approved.
It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that the correct product code and description is quoted/used when placing orders by phone/fax & email with our sales office. Failure to do so will result in the implementation of the full restocking charge for incorrectly ordered items.
We will arrange collection at the cost of £10.00 (UK Mainland) or the customer can drop the items off at a local DHL service point for £4.00 and, once processed, will refund the cost of the goods (excluding any original delivery fee). Please note that with the exception of faulty or defective goods, all returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Here’s what you need to do…
Email customer services with your order number, photographs and what the issue is. This will be investigated and a return note will be emailed to you to print and send back with the items being returned. If an item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will arrange a collection on your behalf. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may return back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date and returns cannot be processed at our warehouse without the returns note enclosed as above.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
