Our Atlantic wooden mortice knobs are crafted from solid wood and hand-finished for a luxurious, heritage-inspired look - perfect for period style homes or interiors.
They have a classic, un-sprung design - meaning they on a heavily sprung latch to return to position. Because of this, they are not compatible with standard latches, we recommend using with a heavy-duty double sprung tubular latch. We would also recommend using a 4" or longer latch when fitting a mortice knob, to give more space for hands for smooth operation and comfortable hand clearance.
